A Competitive Pathway For Girls in Sport
Our unique multi-sport model encourages young female athletes to play Hockey, Soccer and Lacrosse at the rec or competitive level, providing premier long-term development without having to specialize in one sport at an early age.
Why It Matters
Why Multi-Sport Matters for Girls
Girls' participation in competitive sport across Canada has grown meaningfully in recent years, and more families are looking for programs that let their daughters play more than one sport without forcing a trade-off between them. Our unique Multi-Sport Model offers Hockey, Soccer and Lacrosse on one coordinated seasonal calendar, so a female athlete playing two or three sports at TOP never has to specialize in one sport at a young age.
Sport Sampling
Trying multiple sports before specializing builds a broader athletic foundation and keeps options open as athletes grow.
Stronger Relationships
Competitive teams mean strong teammate and coach relationships, widening her friend group and her support network.
Quality Coaching
Different sports bring similar coaching styles and teaching methods, rounding out how she learns and competes.
Less Burnout & Injury
Varying the movements and muscle groups she trains reduces overuse injury risk and keeps the game fun longer.
