Girls Sixes Lacrosse League
Program Overview
Our Sixes League is one of the only girls lacrosse leagues in Toronto, offering an exciting, fast-paced lacrosse experience for girls ages 7–14. The format blends skill development with high-energy gameplay in a 6v6, non-contact environment. Hosted at De La Salle College School and Bishop Strachan School, players get structured coaching that builds fundamentals and competitive games that let them apply those skills.
Each session follows a proven Game-Activity-Game structure within our PLAY • TEACH • COMPETE Model. Players rotate through 3–4 stations focused on physical literacy, ball handling, and game-based activities that build confidence and creativity. With an emphasis on decision-making, spacing, attacking, and defending, athletes improve their lacrosse skills while developing teamwork and a love for the game.
