Skills Programs & Clinics

High quality skill development sessions for boys & girls ages 7-14

Program Overview

Our Skills Programs & Clinics are built for boys and girls ages 7 to 14 who want to take their game to the next level through focused, high-repetition sessions in a fun and challenging environment. Sessions run on turf fields at De La Salle College School and The Bishop Strachan School in Midtown Toronto, in small groups so every player gets plenty of touches and real-time feedback from our coaches. Whether your child plays in our Sixes League, on an Academy team, or is still fairly new to the sport, there's a program that fits their level and your family's schedule.

Led by experienced coaches, each session follows our PLAY • TEACH • COMPETE model, challenging players through progressive drills and small-area games that translate directly to game situations, keeping kids constantly engaged.

With a strong emphasis on decision-making, spacing, attacking, and defending, athletes not only improve their lacrosse skills but also develop teamwork, build confidence and consistency, and gain a deeper understanding of the game.

Program options throughout the year:

  • Weekly Skills Programs @ De La Salle (offered Spring & Fall)
  • Summer Clinics @ De La Salle (July & August)
  • March Break Clinics @ UCC (March)

Fall 2026

Skills Program @ De La Salle & BSS (Sept – Oct)

Returning for Fall 2026 is our Skills Program! This high-energy field program is all about developing core skills like shooting, passing, scoring, dodging, defending, footwork, and more. Our professional coaches work with players in a small-group format, striving to create the optimal learning environment for development and live feedback. When numbers allow, players will also enjoy small-area games, adding fast-paced, game-based learning to the experience.
