Boys Sixes League

Skill development & high-energy gameplay for boys ages 7-14

Program Overview

TOP Lacrosse Sixes League offers an exciting, fast-paced lacrosse experience for boys ages 7–14, blending skill development with high-energy gameplay in a non-contact format. Hosted at De La Salle College School and Bishop Strachan School, players get the best of both worlds: structured coaching that builds their fundamentals, and competitive games that let them put those skills into action. It's the perfect environment for beginners eager to learn and for experienced players looking to sharpen their game while having fun.

Each session follows a proven Game-Activity-Game structure within our PLAY • TEACH • COMPETE Model, keeping kids constantly engaged. Players rotate through 3–4 stations that focus on physical literacy, ball handling, and game-based activities that build confidence and creativity. With a strong emphasis on decision-making, spacing, attacking, and defending, athletes not only improve their lacrosse skills but also develop teamwork and a love for the game.

NEW Features for Spring 2026

  • Re-vamped "PLL" jersey styles and team names! Players will rep their own team names and colours, bringing the energy and raising the competition level at the Sixes Sessions.
  • Championship Trophy! Two Sixes Festival championship days with the opportunity to win the TOP Trophy.
