Boys Box Lacrosse

Fast-paced box lacrosse skill development sessions for boys ages 8-15

Program Overview

NEW for Summer 2026, we're excited to introduce our Boys Box Lacrosse Program – offering a brand-new lacrosse experience for players in Midtown to help build and bolster their stick skills throughout the summer! Box Lacrosse has long been at the forefront of developing fast-paced skill development and helping all lacrosse players grow their game in tight quarters and a quicker environment.

Designed for Boys ages 8–15, this program blends skill development with high-energy gameplay in a low-contact format. Hosted at William P. Wilder Arena at Upper Canada College, players get the best of both worlds: structured coaching that builds their fundamentals, and competitive games when numbers allow, that let them put those skills into action. It's the perfect environment for players looking to try something new this summer!

Each session follows a proven Game-Activity-Game structure within our PLAY • TEACH • COMPETE model, keeping kids constantly engaged. Players rotate through 3–4 stations that focus on physical literacy, ball handling, and game-based activities that build confidence and creativity. With a strong emphasis on decision-making, spacing, attacking, and defending, athletes not only improve their lacrosse skills but also develop teamwork and a love for the game.
