Indoor Winter Skills Program

Program Overview

Our Winter Skills Program is a high-energy skills development indoor program all about developing core skills like shooting, passing, scoring, dodging, defending, footwork, and more. Led by TOP Lacrosse staff, each session follows a Game-Activity-Game Model, keeping kids constantly engaged and allowing them to build on their fundamental skills and confidence to not only improve their lacrosse skills but also develop teamwork and a love for the game. Groups are formed by age, gender and ability so every player is appropriately challenged and supported throughout each session. Age groups may be combined if needed. All sessions are held at St. Michael's College School Turf Dome from January to March.
