Varsity Prep Program

Training Program & Prep Travel Team

Starting in 2026, TOP Lacrosse will be launching a Varsity Prep Program geared towards highschool players in grades 9/10 and 11/12. The goal of the Prep Program is to provide a high-level training and NCAA exposure for competitive players outside of their high school, varsity, or OLA teams. The Prep Program will run from January to October each year and include indoor winter practices, outdoor spring & fall sessions, and 4-5 USA tournaments during June, July, October and November. The Prep Program will be offered in two phases depending on the age of the players;

  • Phase One - Training Program: offered for 2026-2030 grad years, this package includes weekly training sessions on Sundays at St. Mike’s College School and De La Salle College, providing a flexible commitment for high-level players looking for extra training on top of their Varsity, JV, or OLA seasons. This phase will run from early January to late June with no sessions during July & August. This phase is training only, there are no tournaments or games.

  • Phase Two - Prep Travel Team: offered for 2030 grads, this package includes year-round training once per week, 4-5 USA recruiting tournaments, NCAA campus tours, academic support, and more. This phase will run from March to the end of November with a month-long break in August.

Team Selection: Prep team evaluations will take place during the indoor Training Program running from January to March at St. Mikes. Selected players will be chosen by March for the following Prep season from April to November.
